Clearplay filed a motion to transfer the case to Utah. The motion was granted. VidAngel attempted to gain reconsideration of the granted motion but they were denied. It appears that the case is moving to Utah.

In a broad move against ISPs, the British parliament is passing a law that will require them to deny access to entire websites based on a court order. This means that copyright owners can send “take down” notices to YouTube.com if there is any infringing material on their site.
