“Playlist” of favorite videos

A new tool called TubeSnack allows users to create a “video playlist.” On their blog they posted an entry that demonstrates the basic functionality.

The user is able to create a list of videos (from YouTube) that they want to view in sequence. This playlist is similar to a favorite music playlist that a user can create.
This automated functionality of chaining separate videos together is very rudimentary behavior in the broader “viewer freedom” context. It does, however, demonstrate a growing interest in viewers choice of how to consume the enormous volume of media content.
