Disney Plus now requires all viewers to provide their age. Children under 13 are automatically enrolled in Junior Mode, which “restricts access to inappropriate content, including titles that feature LGBT characters and themes.” LGBT parents and activists are disappointed that this material is no longer accessible. Others think that this move should have happened years ago.

Clearplay filed a motion to transfer the case to Utah. The motion was granted. VidAngel attempted to gain reconsideration of the granted motion but they were denied. It appears that the case is moving to Utah.
